The UCL group stage draws were announced today in Moscow, Russia. We had 8 groups as usual.
GROUP A
Last year's runners up Athletico Madrid are joined by Italian champions Juventus and Greeks olympiakos then Malmo who haven't really seen much if UCL football.
GROUP B
Defending champions Real Madrid will look to defend their title as they are joined by swiss FC Basel, ludogorets FC and EPL runners up Liverpool.
GROUP C
Benfica will be joined here by Germans Bayern Leverkusen, Zenit st Petersburg and French runners up AS Monaco.
GROUP D
German super cup champions Borussia Dortmund will be joined by English side Arsenal, Turkish side Galatasaray and Anderlecht.
GROUP E
Former champions Bayern Munich will be joined by EPL champions Manchester City who will look to destroy Bayern's plans of winning alongside Russian side CSKA Moscow and Italian giants AS Roma
GROUP F
Spanish giants FC Barcelona are welcomed here by French giants Paris Saint German, Ajax Amsterdam and underdogs Apoel.
GROUP G
Sort of Easy Group for Chelsea as they are faced with FC schalke 04, Sporting Lisbon and Maribor. Although you never know what to expect from the UCL
GROUP H
Portuguese lords and 2 time champions FC Porto are faced with shakhtar Donetsk, Athletic Bilbao and Bate Borisov.
Its all hands on deck as the most highly anticipated club competition gets underway.....
